Learn more about Bridging the Divide a public service leadership program. Bridging the Divide (BTD) is an urban-rural exchange program at the IOP that brings together first- and second-year college students to address urban and rural divisions throughout Illinois. The cohort experience brings together students from UChicago, Eureka, and Arrupe colleges.
