Are you interested in Congress and the Presidency? Would you like to attend a leadership conference in Washington, DC and meet prominent government officials and other thought leaders? Are you looking to have your writing published? If any of your answers are yes to those questions, consider applying to the Roy Kapani Presidential Fellowship at the University of Chicago Institute of Politics.
The IOP will be nominating one student to become a Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress (CSPC) Fellow. The selected student will participate in monthly webinars, develop a research paper eligible for publication, and attend a four-day leadership conference in Washington, D.C. in the spring.
If you'd like to learn more about how this fellowship, join the IOP for an info session on Thursday, May 18 at 12:30 PM in the IOP Living Room. You will hear from Layne Friedman (AB '24), the current Roy Kapani Presidential Fellow at the IOP. Layne will tell you about her fellowship experiences this past year and the exciting news about her work being published as part of the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress fellowship program.
