Join us virtually on Wednesday, September 14th to learn more about the Presidential Management Fellowship Program. IOP alumna and current Presidential Management Fellow Noa Levin will share tips and tricks from her own application process.

Noa Levin is a Presidential Management Fellow (PMF) currently working as a Multilateral Advisor at USAID, in the Bureau of Policy, Planning and Learning. She is currently assisting with USAID's preparation for the UN General Assembly and also covers the agency's engagement with UNICEF.  Previously, Noa was working as a Public Affairs Specialist in the Office of the Inspector General at the Department of Health and Human Services. During her time in the IG's office, she has worked on issues such as combatting COVID-19-related health care fraud and ensuring quality of care in nursing homes. For her upcoming PMF detail, she plans to focus on foreign policy issues, and she hopes to pursue a long-term career in public service. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Human Rights (2021) and a Master of Arts in International Relations (2021).
