Join the IOP for our Rural Students Welcome Reception! Come meet and connect with fellow rural students, get to know IOP staff, and learn more about opportunities available to you at the IOP.

Whether you’re from the mountains of Appalachia, the cornfields of Iowa, a small town, or somewhere miles from the nearest stoplight, we invite students from rural communities of all kinds to stop by, grab some food, and find community at the IOP.

Please note: This event is open only to current UChicago students, staff, and faculty.

If you have any questions about accessibility, please contact Ella Kumano-Maloney  (ikmaloney@uchicago.edu).
