IOP Pritzker Fellow Xochitl Torres Small on "On The Next Step: What To Do After You Fail"

THIS SEMINAR IS OPEN TO CURRENT UCHICAGO STUDENTS ONLY

3:30-4:45pm

Elections bring change, and a key challenge in leadership is finding opportunity in loss. Join John Podesta as he shares the strategy behind the creation of the Center for American Progress and how that informed his later work as senior advisor to the President for clean energy innovation and implementation. Hear how Katharine Ferguson used her time between the Obama and Biden Administrations to advance rural development policy before becoming Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Then, discuss what we, the people outside of government, can do now.

Special Guests: Katharine Ferguson, former Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Agriculture & John Podesta, Founder of the Center for American Progress

Pritzker Fellows seminars are off the record and open to current UChicago students only. Seating in the IOP Living Room is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
